Survey for Parents to Improve Down Syndrome Behavior Screening (Project HOPE)

This survey aims to give researchers the tools to develop a new way of measuring changes in adaptive behavior in adolescents and adults with Down syndrome.

Who can participate in this study?

Parents and caregivers of an individual with Down syndrome ages 10 to 30

Who cannot participate in this study?

  • Anyone under 18 
  • Anyone not living in the United States

Where does this study take place?

Online or by phone

What activities are involved in this study?

A study team member will call to ask questions to verify your identity and obtain your consent. You will then take one 30- to 60-minute survey virtually or by phone about your loved one's mental health, development and behavior.

What is the expected time commitment of this study?

The screening call and survey will take no more than 75 minutes.
