Individuals with Down syndrome ages 8-65
Who cannot participate in this study?
Individuals diagnosed with dementia

- Cognitive and behavioral assessments structured as games
- Study Partner (family member or caregiver) interviews
- MRI scans of the brain
- Blood sample collection by a trained phlebotomist
