Improving Sleep In 12 to 30 year olds with Down Syndrome

This study aims to improve sleep and quality of life in 12 to 30 year olds with Down syndrome who experience
sleep problems.

Who can participate in this study?

  • Individuals with Down syndrome who are 12 to 30 years old and experience sleep problems.
  • Caregiver's participation is required. 

Who cannot participate in this study?

  • Individuals who do not have Down syndrome
  • Individuals who are younger than 12 years old
  • Individuals who are older than 30 years old

Where does this study take place?

Online

What activities are involved in this study?

  • Attend eight online interviews, once a week for about one hour each.
  • Wear a Fitbit to help measure and monitor sleep.
  • Complete online questionnaires about sleep and quality of life.
  • Take part in an interview at the end of the study, together with your caregiver.
