The ABC-DS study aims to better understand the connections between Down syndrome and Alzheimer’s disease.

Who can participate in this study?

  • Individuals with Down syndrome 25 years or older
  • Participants must be accompanied by a Study Partner

Where does this study take place?

Multiple locations in the United States and United Kingdom

What activities are involved in this study?

  • Visits to one of our research sites to complete puzzles and games, taking pictures of your brain, taking blood and a general physical examination
  • Study Partner will complete questionnaires at each visit

What is the expected time commitment of this study?

Six to 12 months
