Adult Disability Medical Healthcare Hosts 2024 Run for Health

The DS-Connect®: The Down Syndrome Registry team participated in the Adult Disability Medical Healthcare (ADMH) 2024 Run for Health in Dunwoody, GA.

ADMH provides comprehensive, coordinated, person centered healthcare for teens and adults with developmental disabilities including individuals with Down syndrome. The annual ADMH 5K/1K Run for Health supports comprehensive health and related services for teens and adults with developmental disabilities. The ADMH clinic provides compassionate and comprehensive care from professionals that understand the unique needs of this population.

A few members of the DS-Connect team participated in the run and were race exhibitors sharing information about the NIH INCLUDE Project and how DS-Connect helps researchers learn more about Down syndrome.
